Design / Build Services

	▪	Comprehensive construction and project closeout services

When you hire McQueenVerdi ▪ Group for Design / Build Services, you get one point of contact from beginning to end. We’ll design your project complete the construction drawings, process your building permits and construct the building.

We begin by providing you with a lump sum, fixed price proposal for the design / budgeting services. Working closely with our Clients we have found that coordinating the program for the building with the budget early on results in a more efficient design process and allows our Clients to keep their focus on the creative process rather then being preoccupied w/ potential future budget overruns. Upon your approval of the design and budget, McQueenVerdi ▪ Group will proceed with the technical drawings that will be used to obtain the building permits and for the construction. Upon issuance of a building permit MV▪G will provide the on-site supervision through the construction phase,supported by our in-house staff.
